*Certified to be Complete: If the government entity does not certify permit or permit extensions to be complete, the compliance date would be determined by the date the last application for a building permit or permit extension is received by a state, county, or local government.
**1994 TAS or 2012 TAS: It is not acceptable to apply both standards to one EABPRJ project number - full compliance with either the 1994 TAS or 2012 TAS is required.
