Plan Review Fee Payment With Any Major Credit Card
You are not required to have a PayPal account to use a credit card.

Click on the fee menu bar under the applicable construction cost range for your project and select the desired fees. Then enter the TABS Number (or Project Name if the project hasn't been registered) in the box below the fee amount. Click on the Add to Cart button and then make the payment. We will receive immediate notification that the fee has been paid and will apply it to the project.

Plan Review Fee: 
The plan review fee amount includes the cost of establishing the project file, receiving the construction documents and the plan review fee, reviewing the submittal for completeness, scheduling and performing the plan review of drawings and details and noting any deficiencies, issuing the plan review report, consultation with the client (if necessary) about any issues in the report and reporting the plan review results to the TDLR - TABS system and uploading the construction documents. All other expenses are included.

State Filing Fee ($175):
This is the amount charged by the TDLR to register a project in the Texas Architectural Barriers online System (TABS) to get a project registration number.
Do not select this fee if your project has already been registered with the TDLR/TABS system and you have a TABS number.

Project Registration Convenience Fee 'CF': ($500):
This is the amount that we charge to register a project with the TDLR and pay the required $175 State Filing Fee. Italso includes communications necessary to acquire the required documents from the person making the submittal to establish property ownership, including the Limited Liability Ownership (LLO) Form, Article of Formation, Texas Secretary of State (SOS) record document, and the Designated Agent Form. This includes verification of the information on the forms to ensure compliance with the rules and procedures of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and to follow up when information is missing, incomplete, or incorrect. If you would like us to register the project for you and perform these services, please select the fee amount that includes both the State Filing Fee and the 'CF' fee.
Do not select this fee if your project has already been registered with the TDLR/TABS system and you have a TABS number.

CAD Research Fee ($250):
This is the amount that we charge to perform Central Appraisal District (CAD) record research to identify the commercial property owner. This document will be required during project registration with TDLR. You will receive a copy of the CAD document in PDF once the property owner is identified.

All Services Fee (amount varies):
The All Services Fee includes all of the above fees and services, including the plan review fee, state filing fee, the project registration convenience fee, and the CAD research fee.

A PayPal Transaction Recovery Fee is added to the amounts to recover what PayPal charges us for the transaction. (This amount is "X"+3.49% + $0.49). This amount is the reason for the higher amounts on each of the fee schedule lines. If you don't want to pay the transaction fee, feel free to use Venmo or contact us about using Zelle.

If you require an invoice, please use our self-generating invoice.

Some credit cardholders, such as those working for government agencies, have restrictions, including those that prevent transactions using PayPal, so check with the cardholder first (i.e., the purchasing agent).

Alternatively, we also accept payment via the Venmo app.
Use the fee schedule in the column on the right to determine the applicable fee to pay using Venmo. Since we won't need to recover the PayPal Transaction Recovery Fee, use the amount on the left-hand side of the fee amount line. (For example, if the construction cost is $175,000, instead of paying $502.42 with a credit card, using Venmo, you would pay $485.00.
