To locate the owner of the real property on which a project is located, either for TDLR project registration or inspection request purposes, you may search the Central Appraisal District (CAD) record by county to locate the Property ID number.

The owner information required during project registration, as well as on various forms, must match the owner information listed in the Central Appraisal District record.
